Cardio

We have equipment such as the treadmill, recumbent cycle, upright cycle, cross trainer, and rowing machine.

Weights

Our gym has a range of resistance machines, including; shoulder press, chest press and cable cross over machines.

Free Weights

There’s a dumbbell size to suit everyone! From 2.5kg through to 45kg dumbbells, as well as an Olympic bar, a squat rack, incline and decline bench and adjustable benches as well as TRX.

Other equipment

To complement our gym equipment, we also have kettlebells, boxing bags and chin-up bars.

The design is built around precision flywheel air resistance, creating a workout customized to any athlete who uses it. As you pedal harder, the intensity and challenge of the workout increases accordingly.

At the same time, the inclusion of a clutch lets you freewheel like a standard bicycle, while a wide damper range re-creates the effect of changing gears.

Concept 2 SkiErg

The Concept2 SkiErg makes the Nordic style of skiing available to everyone, developing strength and endurance and exercising the legs, arms and core.

One of the best things about the SkiErg is that it’s just so different from every other bit of gym equipment you can get out there. It works every muscle group and is ideal for cardio fitness and muscle conditioning. You can get a serious sweat on in a matter of minutes using this machine. It’s great for building up endurance and burning off calories.

The 4Front is a best-in-class treadmill designed to mimic the feel of running outdoors and to provide the user with a dynamic, low impact workout every time.

Olympic Weightlifting Platform

The 3 metre by 2 metre Olympic platform is the ideal training platform for all formats of weightlifting training. Our bumper plates go up to 250kg and we also offer 6ft and 7ft Olympic barbells.

Rougue Rig

The rogue power rack comes with a 7FT Olympic barbell and over 150KG Of weights.
